Frequently Asked Questions
What do I get in Early Access that others don't?
3 days ahead: From November 20 to 22, you can shop the VIP shop at Black Week prices before it opens to everyone on November 23. Plus, get the rosette that is only available during Early Access.
What is the story behind the rosette?
It is our way of saying thank you to everyone who gets in early – and it's a first: we are including it this year for the very first time, as it has never been featured in any previous promotion. During Early Access, it is automatically added to every order, with no code needed.
How do I get in on November 20th?
Sign up here – via email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer – and briefly confirm your registration. On November 20th, you will receive your link to the VIP shop through that exact channel. You won't need a password.
Can I also sign up via WhatsApp?
Yes. Tap here, send the pre-written message, and tap “Confirm” in the chat. On November 20, you’ll receive your link to the VIP Shop directly via WhatsApp.
I'm already signed up for the newsletter – is that enough?
No. The early access link is only available to registered participants – via email and WhatsApp. Without signing up, you won't hear from us until November 23rd, and the rosette won't be available then.
What happens to my data?
We use them for early access and our offers – depending on whether you signed up by email or WhatsApp. Registration is free, and you can unsubscribe at any time with a quick message or a single click. Find out more in our privacy policy.
Why not just start buying on November 23?
Because two things might be missing then: the rosette, which is only available in Early Access, and full selection. Last year, popular products sold out early and the most sought-after gifts went fast.
Not registered yet?
No registration, no rosette – and experience shows that the selection gets smaller starting November 23rd. Registration takes 30 seconds.
