Participation in the competition is only possible subject to the terms and conditions stated here. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
Alpurial GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time.
Eligibility
All persons residing in Germany who are at least 14 years old at the time of entry are eligible to participate. Employees of Alpurial GmbH are excluded from participation. For Facebook or Instagram competitions, only participants with Facebook and Instagram accounts are permitted. Participation with fictitious names or names of other people is not permitted.

Participation in the competition is by commenting on or liking the post. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of any merchandise. Furthermore, purchasing merchandise does not increase your chances of winning.
Consent to the disclosure of the participant's first and last name in the event of a win is automatically given by participation in the competition.
Entries for participation in the competition must not contain any insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements.
Profits
Non-cash prizes will not be paid out in cash and are non-exchangeable. Furthermore, they cannot be transferred to third parties.
Raffle
Anyone who likes or comments on the post will be entered into the raffle. Participants can only enter the raffle once per contest.
The prizes will be drawn among all eligible participants. The time for determining eligibility and the drawing will be specified in the competition text.
Winners will be notified via email or personal message via Facebook or Instagram. If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.
Data protection
If personal data of participants is collected, processed or used within the scope of the competition, this will only serve the purpose of the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended.
Miscellaneous
Participants who violate the terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the voting may be excluded from the competition. If conditions for manipulation exist, prizes may be revoked retroactively or prizes already delivered may be reclaimed.
Alpurial GmbH is entitled to cancel the competition if:
the terms of use or guidelines for competitions on Facebook or Instagram are changed and implementation is no longer permitted under the new regulations.
Manipulations are detected or the proper conduct of the competition can no longer be guaranteed.
Unauthorized third-party intervention or technical or legal problems exist.
The participant releases Facebook or other channels from any liability.
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. Should any of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. These terms and conditions may be amended by Alpurial GmbH at any time without separate notification.
