What is the Alpurial subscription, and why is it worth it?
With an Alpurial subscription, you’ll automatically receive the products you want delivered directly to your home or barn every 30 days —without having to reorder each time. Not only is this convenient, but you'll also save money in the long run: 10% on mixed feed subscriptions and 5% on bundle subscriptions compared to the regular price.
How do I sign up for a subscription?
You can set up a subscription right on the product page:
Select the “30-day delivery” option there and add the product to your cart.
Once you’ve completed your order, your subscription will be automatically activated—and you’ll receive a delivery every 30 days.
Can I change or pause my subscription?
Yes! Your subscription is flexible:
You can manage it at any time through your customer account —for example:
• Pause or suspend deliveries
• Add or remove products
• Adjust quantities or delivery intervals
You can easily manage all of this yourself, according to your needs.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account— with no minimum term, and at no additional cost or obligation.

What payment options do I have?
You can choose between credit card or PayPal. Unfortunately, prepayment or Klarna are not available here. The amount will then be automatically charged each time your subscription product is shipped.
Can I use a discount code when placing a subscription order?
Discount codes can only be redeemed for one-time orders. Unfortunately, discount promotions are not valid for subscription orders, as these are already offered at a permanent discount.
How do I log in to my customer account?
In the menu, you'll find the "Account" submenu, marked with a user icon. Here, you can easily log in with your email address. You don't need to enter a password; you'll receive a verification code via email. Enter this code, and you'll be logged into your customer account.
I'd like to update my personal information. How do I do that?
In your customer account, click “Profile” in the menu. Here, you can easily change your name, email address, and phone number. You can also manage your shipping addresses and set your preferred payment method.
Can I also manage my subscription through my customer account?
That's exactly right. Through your customer account, you can easily view your subscription and make changes at any time by clicking on “Manage Subscriptions.”
Where can I view my order history?
Once you've logged in to your customer account, you'll be taken to the "Orders" section. Here you can view all your orders and check their current status.
