Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.
Exercise withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us (Alpurial GmbH, Sperberweg 4d, 41468 Neuss, info@alpurial.de, Phone: 02131 5255902) by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns & Returns Portal
To return an item, please use our returns portal —this is the fastest and easiest way for you.
Regardless of this, you can also submit your notice of withdrawal at any time in any form (e.g., by email) using the contact information provided above.
You do not need to include an additional letter or form. The returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete, and undamaged.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. They amount to:
- Germany: €4.99
- Austria: €10.80
- Europe (EU): €25.00
We offer returns through our portal exclusively for shipments within the EU, as well as to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Shipments from all other countries must be returned to us at your own expense and on your own.
Return Period
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the deadline expires.
Loss of value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality. This corresponds to the handling customary in brick-and-mortar retail.
Gifts in the Event of Cancellation
If your order included a free gift, please return it along with the merchandise when you cancel your order.
The same rules apply to any loss in value of the gift as to the rest of the merchandise: You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.
If you do not return the gift at all, we may deduct its value from your refund.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer).
The refund will be issued immediately and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of cancellation.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if
- the seal on the merchandise was removed after delivery,
- the goods are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, or
- the goods were manufactured according to your individual specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g., personalized items).
