Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alpurial GmbH, Sperberweg 4d, 41468 Neuss, info@alpurial.de, Phone: +49 2131 5255902) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns & Returns Portal
Returns are handled exclusively via our returns portal.
You do not need to include any additional letter or form.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging, complete, and undamaged.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These amount to:
- Germany: €4.99
- Austria: €10.80
- Europe (EU): €25.00
Returns via our portal are only available for deliveries within the EU as well as to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Shipments from all other countries must be returned to us independently and at your own expense.
Return Deadline
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired.
Loss of Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
This corresponds to the handling that is customary in retail stores.
Gifts in Case of Withdrawal
If your order included a free gift and you make use of your statutory right of withdrawal, the gift must also be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging.
If the gift is used, damaged, not in its original packaging, or missing, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- the seal of the goods has been removed after delivery, or
- the goods are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
