MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural source of sulfur found in pasture grass, young green forage, and certain vegetables. Sulfur is an important building block for various structures and metabolic processes in the body, including those in the liver. Dandelion

For large horses (standard daily dose of 30 ml), one bottle of Liver Balance will last about 1 month. For small horses or ponies (standard daily dose of 20 ml), one bottle will even last about 1.5 months.

Can I prepare the daily serving of this liver supplement?

Yes, like all of our products, Liver Balance is suitable for preparing in advance. You can prepare it up to 24 hours ahead of time.

Which liver-supporting herbs for horses are included?

Liver Balance contains, among other ingredients, milk thistle, artichoke, and dandelion. These classic liver herbs for horses have traditionally proven effective in providing nutritional support for the liver and kidneys in horses.

Can I combine Liver Balance other products?

Yes, a very popular combination is our Coat Change Bundle, which consists of Vigorous Hair and Liver Balance. When feeding both products at the same time, we recommend maintaining the daily dose for each: 30 ml (Large Horse) and 15 ml (small horse), respectively.

Is Liver Balance suitable as a liver support course for horses?

A liver treatment for horses is especially recommended in the spring and fall. Liver Balance is not a traditional liver treatment, but it can also be fed in phases over 4–8 weeks. If necessary, it can also be fed for a longer period (up to 6 months).

When is a change noticeable?

Based on our experience, customers report positive results after about 10 days. Since this is a liquid liver extract for horses, the nutrients are absorbed into the horse’s system particularly quickly.

What should you do if your horse has abnormal liver test results?

If the veterinarian detects elevated liver values in a horse or generally poor liver function, the cause should always be medically investigated.
